A thick brown paste. Prepares an opaque, brown broth with particles of meat. Its rich beef flavour predominates.

Clean label ingredient lists and a wide variety of flavour profiles.With an outstanding home-made appearance made only from fresh ingredients this product offers the highest possible quality. Refrigerate to insure the best flavour. Prepares instantly in boiling water.

Suggested use

Use in all recipes calling for bouillon cubes or beef stock. Adds great flavour to cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, soups, stews and casseroles.

Dissolve paste in water._Other Uses: Use in all recipes calling for bouillon cubes or beef stock. For Beef Gravy: Prepare 1 L of stock and thicken with 125 g of cooked roux (half flour, half butter or margarine).
