Hollandaise Sauce Mix No M.S.G.

A fine, slightly cohesive, light yellow powder. Prepares an opaque, thick, light yellow sauce. Its buttery flavour is balanced with egg notes.


Bases for specific culinary applications in the manufacturing of prepared foods. Clean label ingredient lists and a wide variety of flavour profiles.Simple to prepare, this concentrated shelf-stable product saves space and insures a consistent flavour and appearance. This product can be frozen and reheated without breaking.

Salted Butter or Margarine: 325 g 37.5 kg
Mix: 178 g 20 kg
Cold Water: 675 mL 75 L

Melt salted butter or margarine over low heat. Blend in the mix, stirring with a whisk. Add water, stirring. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice to taste.
