Low Sodium Chicken Soup Base

A fine, slightly cohesive, light yellow powder with green flakes. Prepares an opaque, green-yellow broth with green flakes and with some fat on the surface. Its mild chicken flavour is balanced with spices notes.


Bases for specific culinary applications in the manufacturing of prepared foods. Clean label ingredient lists and a wide variety of flavour profiles.Simple to prepare using water, this concentrated shelf-stable product saves space and insures a consistent flavour and appearance. Prepares instantly in boiling water.

Whisk base into water. Simmer 1 minute.
