Minestrone Soup Base

A fine, slightly cohesive, orange powder with herb flakes. Prepares an opaque, burnt orange broth with herb flakes. Its vegetable flavour is enhanced with herbs.

Clean label ingredient lists and a wide variety of flavour profiles.Simple to prepare using water, this concentrated shelf-stable product saves space and insures a consistent flavour and appearance. Prepares instantly in boiling water.

Boiling Water: 1 L 385 L

Whisk base into water. Simmer 1 minute. For a complete minestrone, just add vegetables and pasta, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
