Vegetable Base Paste No M.S.G., Gluten Free

A thick, orange-brown paste. Prepares an opaque, burnt-orange broth with vegetable sediments. Its rich vegetable flavour predominates.


Bases for specific culinary applications in the manufacturing of prepared foods. Clean label ingredient lists and a wide variety of flavour profiles. With an outstanding home-made appearance made only from fresh ingredients this product offers the highest possible quality. Refrigerate to insure the best flavour. Prepares instantly in boiling water.

Suggested use

Excellent as a soup base or great for adding concentrated vegetable flavour to sauces, marinades, and pasta or dumpling fillings.

To prepare a natural tasting instant vegetable broth or stock, dissolve the base in boiling water.
