Brown Gravy Mix 250 mg Sodium per 60 mL, Gluten-Free

A fine, free-flowing, light beige powder. Prepares an opaque, medium thick, brown sauce. Its mild beef flavour is enhanced with spices and vegetable notes.

Simple to prepare using water, this concentrated shelf-stable product saves space and insures a consistent flavour and appearance. Steam-table stable for up to 8 hours, this product can also be frozen and reheated without breaking.

Suggested use

Mix: 100 g (~7/8 cup) 10 kg
Cold Water: 250 mL 25 L
Boiling Water: 750 mL 75 L

Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
