Combine mix with water. IMPORTANT: Let stand 15 minutes before using and then discard unused batter. In the meantime, dust meat, fish or poultry with dry batter mix. Shake off excess. Dip into liquid batter. Drain off excess. Fry at 165°C (330°F) until golden.
