A fine, slightly cohesive, grey-brown powder with black, green and pink peppercorn pieces. Prepares an opaque, medium thick, brown sauce with black, green and pink peppercorn pieces. Its meaty flavour is balanced with pepper and creamy notes.

Whisk all ingredients together. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
