To prepare a natural tasting instant mushroom broth or stock, dissolve the base in water._Other Uses: For a mushroom sauce: Use 30 mL per 1 L of boiling water and thicken with 125 mL of cooked roux (1/2 flour, 1/2 butter or margarine).|To season rice: Use approx. 10 mL per 250 mL of cooked rice, toss and serve.
