A fine, slightly cohesive, beige powder with mushroom and green vegetable pieces. Prepares an opaque, thin, grey-brown cream soup with mushroom and vegetable pieces. Its mushroom flavour is enhanced with wine and vegetable notes.

Empty mix into milk and mix to form a smooth paste. Add to water, stirring. Bring back to boil. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.
