Meat Balls, oven roasted (45 g each made with beef, pork & veal in equal amounts) |

Luda ED Brown Sauce Mix for Meat Balls, prepared |

Parsley |
Preparation
In a large saucepan, add the vegetables and meat balls. Add the Luda ED Brown Sauce Mix for Meat Balls (prepared according to package directions). Allow the meat ball stew to simmer for 20 minutes. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
