Cream of Carrot, Honey & Dill
Chicken Soup Base
Ingredients

Large Carrots, diced |

Medium Onions, diced |
| 500 g |
Idaho Potatoes, diced |
| 100 mL |
Fresh Dill |

Luda Extra Premium Chicken Soup Base (prepared according to package directions) |
| 350 mL |
Honey |
| 200 mL |
35% Cream (or milk for a thinner consistency) |
| To taste |
Salt & Pepper |
Preparation
In a large pot, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the carrots, onions, potatoes and fresh dill and sweat for 5-6 minutes. Cover with the Luda Extra Premium Chicken Soup Base and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Purée with a hand blender or vertical food processor until an ultra smooth consistency. Add honey and cream and season with salt and pepper.
