Ingredients
150 g Butter
1 kg Large Carrots, diced
2 Medium Onions, diced
500 g Idaho Potatoes, diced
100 mL Fresh Dill
3 L Luda Extra Premium Chicken Soup Base (prepared according to package directions)
350 mL Honey
200 mL 35% Cream (or milk for a thinner consistency)
To taste Salt & Pepper
Preparation

In a large pot, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the carrots, onions, potatoes and fresh dill and sweat for 5-6 minutes. Cover with the Luda Extra Premium Chicken Soup Base and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Purée with a hand blender or vertical food processor until an ultra smooth consistency. Add honey and cream and season with salt and pepper.
