Ingredients
1.5 L Inspiration Carbonara Sauce
50 mL Canola Oil
10 Debreziner Sausages, sliced in 6 round pieces
100 mL Spanish Onion, finely diced
15 mL Garlic, minced
1 large Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
200 mL Mushrooms, thinly sliced
30 mL Parsley, finely chopped
3 mL Fresh Cracked Black Peppercorns
2 mL Basil
1.2 kg Bow Tie Pasta, cooked
Preparation

Prepare the Inspiration Carbonara Sauce according to package directions. Keep warm. In a large Rondeau pot, heat the canola oil on medium high heat and sauté the debreziner sausages for 4-5 minutes. Add the onions, garlic, red bell pepper and mushrooms and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finish with 175 mL of 15% cream and 100 g of freshly grated Gruyere cheese.
