Preparation
Prepare 1.5 L of Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions. Set aside. Split the english muffins in half and toast. Butter lightly and place 2 halves in an oven proof plate for each portion. Top each English muffin half with 1 piece of pan seared bacon and 1 poached egg. Nappe with Hollandaise sauce and brown under broiler or salamander. Garnish with fresh fruits.
