Ingredients
1100 g Veal Scaloppini (10 pieces x 110 g)
Salt & Finely Ground Pepper
Olive Oil
50 mL Dry White Wine
45 mL Finely Chopped Herbs
1 L Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
100 mL 15% Country Style Cream
Preparation

Season veal with salt & pepper. Pan sear veal in olive oil. Add white wine and fine herbs. Prepare the Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce according to package directions. Pour in the Demi-Glace and finish with the cream. Garnish.
