Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce Mix |

15% Country Style Cream |
Preparation
Season veal with salt & pepper. Pan sear veal in olive oil. Add white wine and fine herbs. Prepare the Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce according to package directions. Pour in the Demi-Glace and finish with the cream. Garnish.
