Low Sodium and Gluten Free Instant White Sauce Mix

Spanish Onion, finely diced |

Garlic Puree, roasted |

Bell Peppers (1 yellow and 1 red) diced 1/4” |

Canned Clams (do not drain) |

2% Milk |

Parsley, chopped |

Mussel Meat, freshly cooked |

Crab Imitation, diced in 1/2” chunks |

Salad Shrimps (100/150 size) |
Preparation
Prepare the Luda H Fish Fumet according to package directions. Prepare the Luda H White Sauce according to package directions, but substitute the water for the prepared Luda H Fish Fumet. Keep warm. In a large pot, melt the butter or margarine over a medium flame and sweat the onions, garlic, potatoes and bell peppers for 4-5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the mussels, crab imitation and shrimps. Bring to a quick boil (1-2 minutes) and then lower the heat so that the chowder is just simmering. When potatoes are almost tender, add the rest of the seafood and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Can be served as a balanced main course or as a hearty starter item.
