Grilled Chicken Breast with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Olive Oil or a good quality canola oil |

Portabella Mushrooms, peeled, brushed, cut in long and thin slices and grilled using a little cooking oil and Inspiration Condiment Mix for Fish, Salads and Vegetables |

Cream Cheese, broken up in olive size chunks |

Preparation
Prepare the Inspiration Creamy Garlic Sauce according to package directions. Keep warm. Heat the olive oil in a sauce pot over medium heat, sweat the onions for 2-3 minutes then add the mushrooms and simmer for 2 minutes. Deglaze with the lemon juice, allow to reduce until there is almost no liquid left. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the chicken breasts) and the Inspiration Creamy Garlic Sauce and simmer on low heat until the cream cheese has fully melted. Season the chicken breasts with the Inspiration Aromatic Seasoning Mix and grill. Serve sauce over the chicken breasts.
