Beef Bourguignon

Preparation
Prepare the Luda Complete Beef Gravy according to package directions. Set aside. In a Rondeau (heavy shallow pot), brown the butter then sear the beef. Remove the beef and reserve. In the same pot, sauté the bacon until cooked then add the onions, mushrooms and garlic purée, sweat for 5 minutes. Add the beef and deglaze with red wine, reduce by half. Add the Beef Gravy, fine herbs, beer mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours (depending on the size of the cubes). Serve with lightly buttered broad egg noodles and enjoy!
