Ingredients
1 L Inspiration Carbonara Sauce
200 mL 15 % Country Style Cream
10 mL Fresh Thyme
To Taste Salt and Pepper
1.5 L Orzo Pasta, cooked
60 mL Parmesan Cheese
30 Slices BBQ Chinese Duck
20 Leaves of Belgian Endive
45 mL Red Peppers, diced
Preparation

Prepare the Inspiration Carbonara Sauce according to package directions. Add cream, thyme and seasonings. Prepare the orzo and while still hot, add the parmesan cheese. Mix in some of the sauce and cook the orzo until it is thick and pasty over low heat. Form the pasta in a coffee cup and unmold in the center of a dinner plate. Place 3 slices of duck in the center with 2 endives, a small sprig of thyme, circle with sauce and garnish with red peppers.
