Preparation
Prepare the Luda H Poultry Gravy according to package directions. Keep warm. Season the pork strips with the Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat. In a large Rondeau pot, sear the pork over high heat in canola oil for 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the onions, lower the heat to a medium flame and sweat for 3 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute (if serving right away) and then to a simmer for 3-4 minutes.
