Ingredients
1.3 L Luda H Low Sodium, Gluten Free, Instant Poultry Gravy
1 kg Pork Strips (Premier Meats code 49530)
30 mL Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat
125 mL Canola Oil
1 Large Spanish Onion, cut julienne style
1.2 kg New Potatoes, cut in quarters and cooked
500 g Whole Green Beans, trimmed and blanched
2 Large Carrots, cooked, peeled, halved, and cut thinly at 45° angle
30 mL Parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Prepare the Luda H Poultry Gravy according to package directions. Keep warm. Season the pork strips with the Inspiration Condiment Mix for Meat. In a large Rondeau pot, sear the pork over high heat in canola oil for 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the onions, lower the heat to a medium flame and sweat for 3 minutes or until the onions are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute (if serving right away) and then to a simmer for 3-4 minutes.
