1 l Inspiration Rosée Parmesan Sauce Mix
50 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
75 mL Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
300 mL 35% Cream
Freshly ground Pepper
Cooked Pasta
Preparation

Prepare 1 L of Inspiration Rosée Parmesan Sauce according to package directions. Set aside. Heat olive oil and sauté the Shiitake mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Add cream and simmer 10 minutes. Season with freshly ground pepper. Add sautéed vegetables to the prepared sauce. Toss hot sauce with cooked pasta and bring to serving temperature. Garnish
