Inspiration Holladaise Sauce |

Honey |
| 50 mL |
White Wine |
| 70 mL |
Marsala Wine |

Preparation
Prepare the Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions. Set aside. In a bowl whisk in the honey, white wine and Marsala. Whisk in the prepared luke warm Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce. Refrigerate. Beat the egg whites to form a soft peak. Beat in sugar. Fold egg whites into refrigerated Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce. Serve over fresh cut fruits of your choice. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar. Place under a broiler or salamander to brown lightly.
