Ingredients
2.5 L Inspiration Concentrated Chicken Stock
2 large Eggs, beaten
120 mL Parmesan Cheese, grated
30 mL Parsley, chopped
To taste Luda Seasoned Salt
To taste Black Pepper, ground
2 Lemons, juice only
30 Tortellini, blanched (your choice)
Preparation

Prepare Inspiration Concentrated Chicken Stock according to package directions. While simmering, whisk in the eggs, stir in parmesan and parsley. Season to taste with Luda Seasoned Salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice. Add tortellini and serve.
